1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the InHouse Digital website (https://www.inhousedigital.ie) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

InHouse Digital is a trading name operating from Limerick, Ireland. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to InHouse Digital.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing, AI automation, and website development services to businesses, including but not limited to:

  • AI lead follow-up systems
  • AI chatbots and AI receptionists
  • Meta Ads management (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Website design and development
  • Content creation and social media management

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal provided to you before work commences.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, graphics, code and design) is the property of InHouse Digital or its licensors and is protected by Irish and EU copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our written permission.

Upon full payment of all fees due, client-specific deliverables (e.g. website files, ad creatives) are transferred to the client as agreed in their Service Agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the services.
  • Respond to requests for feedback, approval or content in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that any materials you provide to us do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Pay invoices by the agreed due dates.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your individual Service Agreement or Proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each calendar month.
  • Project fees may require a deposit before work commences.
  • Late payments may incur a late payment fee.

We reserve the right to pause or suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond 14 days of the due date.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are specified in your individual Service Agreement. Our standard retainer agreements require 30 days written notice to cancel. Project-based engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, InHouse Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing or AI services. Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and client-side execution.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use or recommend third-party tools and platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, Google, CRM software) to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the performance, policies or terms of any third-party platform. Any additional costs associated with third-party tools (e.g. ad spend budgets, software subscriptions) are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or commercially sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
